Email to support@zoshare.com about the #order number need Cancellation: For example, #order is #XXXX (XXXX: is the order number randomly generated from the Zoshare store and is on the recipient’s confirmation email when the order is successful)

Our Customer Care Department will receive the request and process the Cancellation and Refund for you within 24 hours working after that.
